About the role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data across various systems and databases. You’ll play a key role in ensuring that all company information remains accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter, verify, and update data in company databases and systems.
Review data for errors or inconsistencies and correct them as needed.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Generate and prepare reports when required.
Assist with scanning, filing, and organizing electronic and paper records.
Communicate with other departments to ensure accurate data collection.
Meet daily or weekly data entry targets and deadlines.
Qualifications & Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).
Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk, Office Assistant, or similar role.
Strong typing skills (speed and accuracy).
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) or Google Workspace.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Good communication and time management skills.
Working Hours:
Morning Shift (Part-Time): 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM
Full-Time: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Evening Shift: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM
