- Experience as a Business Analyst in Capital Markets with a strong understanding of trading, investment banking, post-trade operations, trade lifecycle,
- Ability to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements while collaborating with business and technology stakeholders.
- Experience working in Agile environments, supporting UAT, and driving successful project delivery.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills;
- Experience working in large programs. Ability to co-ordinate with multi stakeholders - business users, developers, BAs, PM
- Ability to collaborate and bring disparate teams together in order to achieve common understanding to solution approach, project
- Experience in project planning and tracking using Jira
