What you will do:
The Franchise Development Specialist actively contributes to the growth of the franchise network by identifying, qualifying, and supporting franchise prospects, supporting regional market analysis, and ensuring effective management of the development pipeline. This role is central to the field execution of the national strategy.
More specifically, the Franchise Development Specialist will participate in:

Prospecting and qualifying prospects;

Pipeline management and opportunity tracking;

Market analysis and expansion support;

Prospect support;
-
Internal collaboration;
###Profil
Technical skills and training
-
Experience in business development, B2B sales, or franchising (3 to 5 years).

Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, management, or a related field.
-
Experience or training in franchising: an asset.
-
Knowledge of retail: operations, store management, customer experience.
-
Ability to analyze market data and evaluate the potential of a location.
-
Proficiency in CRM tools and lead management platforms.
-
Written and spoken English – French is an asset
Interpersonal skills

Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
-
Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple files simultaneously.
-
Results-oriented and able to work in a dynamic environment.
-
Professionalism and ease in representing the brand to entrepreneurs.

Occasional travel to different regions of Canada.
