We are currently looking for a Junior Dispatcher to join our Security team!

Roles and Responsibilities
-
Coordinate and schedule service requests, ensuring appropriate crew allocation based on availability, location, and priority.

Monitor and track service tickets from initiation through completion, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in the dispatch system.

Enter and update job-related data, including work orders, service notes, and completion details.
-
Communicate effectively with field crews to relay job details, changes, and updates throughout the day.

Assist senior dispatchers with daily planning, workload distribution, and problem-solving.
-
Respond to client inquiries via phone and email, providing updates on service status and addressing basic concerns.
-
Identify and escalate scheduling conflicts, delays, or service issues to senior staff as needed.
-
Maintain organized documentation and ensure all records are completed in accordance with company standards.

Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline dispatch processes.

Other duties as required
Required Skills
-
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
-
Excellent organizational and time management abilities with a high level of attention to detail.

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Proficient in computer systems and data entry (experience with dispatch or scheduling software is an asset).
-
Customer service mindset with a professional and approachable demeanor.

Willingness to learn and take direction from senior team members.
Required Experience
-
Previous experience in a similar role or with security systems is an asset but not required
-
Administrative experience would be an asset

High School diploma or equivalent
