About the role
$120,000 Head of SEO/SEM - West Island (Hybrid)
Our client, a well-established consumer products company, is looking for an experienced Head of SEO/SEM to drive the growth of its direct-to-consumer (DTC) business across Shopify, Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, and other online sales channels.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on growing online revenue through digital marketing, marketplace optimization, and data-driven decision-making.
Necessary Requirements
Can travel quarterly for shows (up to 1 week) 3+ years of experience in e-commerce for consumer goods Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) e-commerce businesses Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Amazon Advertising Proven ability to drive online sales growth and optimize digital performance.
What You'll Do
Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Amazon Advertising, and Walmart Connect. Improve website conversion, customer acquisition, and overall marketplace performance. Analyze performance metrics (GA4, ROAS, conversion, etc.) and implement growth initiatives. Partner with cross-functional teams to execute product launches, promotions, and digital marketing campaigns.
This role offers significant ownership and the chance to spearhead the e-commerce operation.
