Manager of Business Innovation
Your Accountabilities
Lead, coach, and develop your Business Improvements Staff while aligning resources to business priorities. Lead enterprise-wide innovation, operational excellence, AI, and continuous improvement initiatives to drive measurable business results. Develop and maintain an innovation framework, including governance, KPIs, prioritization, resource planning, and delivery oversight. Translate complex business challenges into structured, value-driven solutions using Six Sigma, Lean, or similar methodologies. Drive operational improvements that enhance efficiency, quality, customer experience, and employee experience. Standardize processes, metrics, and management routines to embed improvements into daily operations. Design and deliver learning programs that build organizational capabilities in innovation and process improvement.
Your Qualifications
University degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or Finance. 7+ years of experience leading innovation, operational excellence, continuous improvement, mobility, or enterprise transformation initiatives, including people leadership. Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent continuous improvement methodologies. Experience supporting complex enterprise programs, including forecasting, scenario analysis, and business case development. Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills with the ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
The base salary band for this role is $105,000 - $120,000.
