Assignment:

• Part-time 0.50 FTE Educational Assistant position

• Supporting and assisting students with complex needs within Kindergarten to Grade 12

• Duties to commence August 26, 2026

Qualifications and/or Assets:

• Experience working with students with complex needs

• Knowledge of speech, behavior modification strategies, and play based learning would be considered an asset

• Effective oral and written communication skills

• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive personality

• Calm and patient approach to solving problems

• Willingness to work collaboratively in a team-oriented learning environment

• Background and/or experience with hearing impaired students Ability to work one on one with a student in an inclusive environment

• Experience and/or training as an Educational Assistant would be considered an asset
