Tasks

Administer nutrition plan for food preparation and service programs Conduct research to improve nutritional programs and food service operations Determine the appropriate food route when an individual prescription indicates that nutrition is a determining factor in the treatment of the disease Develop nutrition plan for food service programs Evaluate normal and therapeutic menus to maintain and enhance general health Monitor the nutritional status of individuals who follow a predetermined nutritional treatment plan Provide nutrition guidance and consultation to health professionals, community groups, government or the media
