What you will do in this role:
- Train and coach the team below you to provide “ABSOLUTE” service
- Set clear expectations and follow up with your team on a regular basis
- Take direction and feedback from the Senior Management team
- Open and close the restaurant independently (key holder)
- Reconcile cash deposits
- Place orders and perform inventory counts
- Address customer concerns ensuring that each guest leaves satisfied
What we are looking for from you:
- Minimum 1 year of experience leading a team
- Friendly and enthusiastic about everything you do
- Passionate about food and providing only the best guest experiences
- Food Handler Certified or willing to certify
- Available for mixed shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Works well in a team setting but can complete tasks independently as needed
- Ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment
- Well organized with ability to multitask
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and in a hot environment
