- 2+ years of experience in ABM, Demand Generation, or GTM execution
- Strong project management skills — organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Experience managing multiple workstreams and aligning cross-functional teams
- Clear, confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills
- Familiarity with GTM functions (SDRs, AEs, PMM, Digital) and how they collaborate
- Hands-on experience with 6Sense, Clay, Outreach, and Salesforce
What the job involves
- As a Sr. Strategic Growth Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in executing high-impact go-to-market programs that fuel growth across industries and regions
- In this role, you’ll work side-by-side with the Director of Strategic Growth to coordinate cross-functional workstreams, manage timelines, and ensure flawless program execution
- You’ll serve as the operational core of our Growth Engine — ensuring initiatives launch on time, run smoothly, and scale effectively
- Drive Program Execution → Own the full working checklist for every initiative (account validation, program alignment, ops tagging, outreach readiness, kickoff → enablement → launch)
- Be the Cross-Functional Connector → Partner daily with Ops, Program Owner, PMM, Outreach, ABX, and SDRs to keep all task-level dependencies moving
- Ensure Process Clarity & Scale → Document workflows, identify recurring gaps (e.g., Salesforce reporting, account selection), and propose fixes that work across global teams
- Manage Timelines & Accountability → Keep projects on track, raise risks early, and ensure deadlines are met
- Communicate & Align → Serve as a main point of contact across execution teams, keeping stakeholders informed and aligned — no surprises
