About the role
We are looking for a Journeyperson Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and components. The successful candidate will be knowledgeable in electrical codes and regulations, able to read blueprints and diagrams, and possess excellent problem-solving skills. We are looking for a professional who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Traveling to job sites as required, picking up material as requested
- Provide installations as per the scope of work assigned within Ontario Building and
- Electrical Code
- Oversee and provide training to electrical apprentices
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Follow safety protocols when working with electricity.
- Test electrical systems and components for proper functioning.
- Inspect electrical systems for compliance with applicable codes and regulations.
- Perform preventive maintenance on electrical systems and components.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $38.00-$42.00 per hour
