We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our growing call centre team in Toronto. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service by handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and delivering accurate information. Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels. Resolve customer concerns while maintaining a positive and solution-oriented approach. Accurately document customer interactions in the CRM system. Process customer requests, updates, and account changes. Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics, including quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. Stay up to date on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information. Maintain confidentiality of customer information and follow company procedures.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is an asset. Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities. Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office applications. Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset. Flexible to work rotating shifts, evenings, weekends, or holidays if required.
Preferred Skills
Experience handling high call volumes. Strong conflict resolution and de-escalation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
