We’re Hiring: Culinary Systems Coordinator
Join our team as a Culinary Systems Coordinator and play a vital role in supporting and streamlining our culinary and beverage development processes across multiple brands. If you're passionate about food, data management, and collaboration, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate, support, and document all aspects of culinary and beverage development
- Support the menu development process for multiple brands, ensuring technical accuracy
- Track and communicate project milestones and deadlines
- Collaborate across departments on culinary system initiatives
- Maintain and verify the accuracy of costing models and recipe data
- Ensure recipes adhere to style guidelines and are accurately reflected in inventory systems
- Update culinary systems, user tools, and educational guides regularly
- Prepare detailed reports for various departments
- Act as a subject matter expert for menu development processes
- Assist with special projects and flexible scheduling to support priority initiatives
Qualifications:
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with intermediate Excel skills
- Post-secondary education in business, data management, or culinary fields
