About The Team PMO Completions is responsible for implementing innovative program changes to improve our fleet for the benefit of our customers and to meet new compliance standards, specifically focused on the interior finishing of our aircraft.

What are your contributions to the team?
- Provide profitability recommendations on high-value projects impacting customers, suppliers, and our internal portfolio strategy.
- Interact and communicate frequently with senior management and articulate program goals and objectives, as well as their impact on the business at the executive level.
- Coach and support other program analysts to lead multidisciplinary groups including engineering/technical functions to achieve common goals and objectives.
- Develop and manage strategies, timelines, and budgets for your project portfolio.
- Establish and implement targets and control mechanisms to track performance and progress, prepare status reports, and adjust timelines and schedules as required.
- Influence (lead) a multidisciplinary team toward achieving program objectives.
- Present timelines, case studies, and regular updates to management.
- Identify key project risks, including relevant mitigation/reduction strategies.
- Escalate issues to the appropriate management level when necessary.
- Establish and maintain business relationships with internal and external partners.
How to thrive in this role?
- You hold a university degree in engineering (asset) or business administration; additional degrees or professional certifications (e.g., PMI) would be an asset.
- You have experience in the aerospace or manufacturing industry (required).
- You have at least ten (10) years of relevant experience.
- You demonstrate initiative, are results-oriented, and have the capacity to make decisions.
- You possess expert project management skills (informal leadership), as well as strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
- You are a role model in delivering quality deliverables on time and hold your stakeholders equally accountable.
- You have in-depth knowledge of several disciplines, including engineering, contracts, finance, sales, procurement, logistics, methods, and customer support.
- You have experience managing complex changes and demonstrate the ability to solve complex problems with minimal support from management.
- You can influence at various levels of the organization.
- You are able to work under pressure with tight deadlines while delivering quality results.
- You are advanced in using the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project).
- You are able to work in English and French on a daily basis.
