StorageVault Canada is implementing an enterprise-wide Salesforce ecosystem across multiple lines of business, integrating Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, MuleSoft, and other technologies. We are seeking a Salesforce Developer to deliver high-quality customizations, integrations, and data solutions that bring our Salesforce strategy to life.
This role requires strong technical expertise in Salesforce development and configuration, with the ability to build secure, scalable, and maintainable applications. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with architects, consultants, and business analysts to ensure solutions meet both technical and business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Custom Application Development

Develop custom applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

Create scalable and reusable code following Salesforce development best practices.

Conduct unit testing and participate in peer code reviews to ensure quality.
Salesforce Configuration
-
Perform declarative configuration, including Flows, Lightning pages, validation rules, and permissions.

Support the creation of custom objects, fields, and automation to meet business requirements.

Work in alignment with Salesforce Consultants and Architects to ensure consistency in design.
Integrations with External Systems

Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems using APIs, MuleSoft, and middleware.

Ensure integrations are secure, efficient, and aligned with data governance standards.
Data Modeling & Management
-
Define and maintain data models to support business processes.

Support data migration and cleansing activities.
-
Optimize queries, relationships, and performance across large datasets.
Collaboration & Delivery

Partner with Solution Architects, Consultants, and Project Managers to clarify requirements and deliver solutions.

Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and Agile ceremonies.

Document technical specifications, designs, and build processes.
Qualifications

3–5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
-
Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs.

Experience with Salesforce configuration (Flows, validation rules, permissions).

Strong knowledge of data modeling, security, and integration patterns.

Familiarity with MuleSoft or other middleware tools is an asset.

Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II strongly preferred.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Ability to thrive in a collaborative, Agile environment.
