Lead and delegate work to service staff effectively Oversee daily operations, planning, and staff supervision Ensure work completed by team leaders and direct reports meets expectations Maintain integrity as signing authority for internal work orders Support service department profitability and performance Address staff turnover through proactive workforce planning Maintain a safe, clean, and secure work environment Understand customer needs and ensure high satisfaction Promote a positive team culture with open communication
Requirements
Knowledge of agriculture and materials handling equipment Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook Understanding of service department labor rates, billing, and inventory control Strong leadership and time management skills
