We currently have an opening for aFinancial Planning & Analysis -MBA Intern,**come grow with us!This is a 4 to 8 month position starting May 2026.

JOB OVERVIEW:

Reporting to the Director, Financial Planning & Analysis, this role support the Director of FP&A with multiple projects, models and spreadsheet development, with a large focus around automation where possible. This role will be able to support on key projects including 2027 budget and KPI reporting, while also having the chance to present and work with senior leadership.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Budget Support
  • data entry
  • participate in and have the chance to lead some meetings
  • model and spreadsheet development
• KPI Reporting / Automation (support on backlog, inventory turns, etc...)
• Monthly Reporting Support

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Currently enrolled in an MBA program and have completed a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business or Finance

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly with Excel, D365, Co-pilot and Power BI

• Familiar with building and automating complex financial models

• Proficiency with Profix or a similar system would be an asset

• Highly organized, detail oriented and an individual who who has good time management skills

• Curious mindset, interested in learning

The hourly rate for this position will range between $27/hr and $30/hr.
