Key Duties & Responsibilities

Performance Tracking & Optimization

  • Monitor and report analytics weekly/monthly to measure growth, engagement, and conversion KPIs.
  • Use data insights to refine publishing strategies and improve reach, watch time, and subscriber growth.

Short-Form Content Distribution

  • Own day-to-day publishing for TikTok and YouTube Shorts across all Musora brands (Drumeo, Pianote, Musora).
  • Repurpose long-form and high-value content into short-form clips to maximize ROI on existing assets.
  • Coordinate with video teams to ensure timely delivery of assets.
  • Edit videos tailored to each platform (Final Cut, Premiere, or equivalent).
  • Manage short-form content distribution across secondary channels, including clips and education channels, ensuring consistent publishing and growth.

Brand Growth & Engagement

  • Identify opportunities for unique storytelling and short-form series that amplify brand identity.
  • Experiment with new content formats, hooks, and trends to drive reach and retention.
  • Help develop and execute strategies to increase reach, deepen audience loyalty, and attract new followers.

Promo & Campaign Support

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to amplify course launches, campaigns, and special promotions via Shorts and TikTok.
  • Build short-form content calendars that align with promo schedules and key marketing moments.
  • Support livestream events by moderating chats, capturing behind-the-scenes content, and coordinating social promotion.

Cross-Brand Synergy

  • Coordinate short-form publishing across brands to share audiences and create joint content opportunities.

  • Spot opportunities for crossover campaigns that drive growth for multiple Musora brands simultaneously.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • 2+ years of experience in social media coordination, preferably with TikTok/YouTube Shorts channels.
  • Proven ability to independently manage short-form content production: editing, publishing, copywriting.
  • Strong understanding of algorithms, audience behavior, and growth tactics across TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram, and other major platforms.
  • Excellent writing skills with an ability to craft hooks, captions, and CTA-driven copy.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to juggle multiple deadlines and stakeholders.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional creative, marketing, and video teams.
  • Basic to intermediate editing skills (Final Cut, Premiere, or equivalent).
  • Passion for music, education, or entertainment industries a strong plus.

  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, creative environment.
  • Proficiency in the English language (written and verbal)

  • Currently enrolled in or recently completed a program in marketing, communications, media, or a related field.
  • This position requires travel to and work in the United States 3-4 times a year. The successful candidate must be eligible to travel to the U.S. and obtain any necessary authorization to perform work there.
  • Collaborates naturally with artists and creative professionals, bringing a positive, confident presence and the ability to build strong, respectful relationships.

Bonus: Graphic design skills (Photoshop, Canva, or equivalent).
