What You’ll Do:

• Safety Leadership: Cultivate a safety-first culture by implementing and monitoring safety best practices across operational support functions.

• Operational Excellence: Oversee logistics, supply chain, and quality assurance to optimize workflows, meet production goals, and enhance profitability.

• Strategic Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for improvement and implement innovative solutions to drive efficiency and cost savings.

• Employee Development: Mentor and coach team members, fostering professional growth and enhancing overall team performance.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth operations and maintain strong partnerships.

What We’re Looking For:

• Education : Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
• Experience : A minimum of five years in operational support or leadership roles with financial accountability; experience in modular construction or large-scale process improvement is a plus.
• Certifications : Professional designations in operations or management are required; Lean Six Sigma or project management certifications are advantageous.
• Skills : Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex challenges and drive strategic initiatives.
