About The Job:
COORDINATION, SUPPORT AND DOCUMENTATION FOR ALL CULINARY / BEVERAGE DEVELOPMENT.
- Support the technical elements that exist within the menu development process for all Culinary and Beverage programs across multiple brands.
- Track and communicate the menu development project milestones.
- Coordinate cross-department initiatives related to culinary systems.
- Ensure the accuracy and completion of the costing models within the menu development process.
- Confirm completeness of all data associated with recipe development for accuracy and adherence to established style guidelines.
- Support other departments to aid in completion of menu development projects.
- Schedule daily tasks with flexibility ensuring your ability to quickly change focus to provide priority support for special initiatives.
- Add or update recipes and other data in the inventory management system where required.
- Ensure that culinary systems and user tools are updated and maintained.
- Verify the accuracy of recipe cost calculations when required.
- Utilize information provided by the culinary and beverage teams to accurately complete data entry tasks.
- Verify recipes and pricing in costing models are aligned with actual restaurant menus.
- Prepare reports for multiple departments as requested.
- Maintain the menu development platform educational guides.
- Act as the Subject Matter Expert within the menu development process.
- Assist with special projects as assigned.
About You:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong time management skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills are required.
- Intermediate level MS Excel skills are required.
- Post-secondary education in business, data management or culinary.
