Position Overview Reporting to the Store Operations Support Director and the Managers, this role is responsible for collecting, compiling, and analyzing store-related data and KPIs to support business decisions. You will serve as a key communication bridge between Headquarters and retail locations, ensuring store teams receive timely, accurate, and actionable information.

The primary purpose of the role is to monitor all store performance and operational activities by delivering reliable insights that enable cross-functional teams to take the right actions. You will work closely w ith the team, Store Operations (Director, Area Managers, Store Managers), as well as Visual Merchandising, Layout Planning, Marketing, E-Commerce, Logistics, Merchandising, and Inventory Control teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a comprehensive database of store information by developing a solid understanding of business operations and organizational structure.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports for store teams and leadership.
  • Managing company-wide initiatives, coordinating cross-functionally to ensure tasks are followed through to completion.
  • Adapt information and reporting to align with evolving business needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong cross-functional communication routines to support operational goals.
  • Ensure customer-facing store information remains accurate and up to date.
  • Develop data analysis capabilities and apply insights to improve communication, reporting, and future planning.
  • Review business performance reports to identify key focus areas and opportunities.
  • Prioritize effectively, manage deadlines, and provide detailed, accurate information while balancing multiple tasks.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, or a related discipline.
  • Experience working within the retail industry is required.
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • A strategic and creative mindset paired with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Highly detail-oriented, resourceful, proactive, and self-motivated.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively and meet tight deadlines.
  • Advance proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel / Word /PowerPoint).
  • Willingness to travel to retail locations sites across Canada as needed.
  • French language proficiency is considered an asset.
