About the role

On behalf of our client, Procom is looking for a

Computer Application Support / Service Desk Support Specialist is to help ensure the seamless service desk support provided to the OJAG members.

Tasks

  • Monitor and prioritize emails sent to the service desk mailbox and respond to clients accordingly
  • Answer phone calls to the service desk phone
  • Troubleshoot incidents within OJAG scope both onsite and remotely
  • Provide IT support services to conference rooms, desktop equipment, and peripherals
  • Provide support on hardware and software issues
  • Escalate issues to appropriate 2nd level support group as needed

Must Have

  • Must have 2 years’ experience within the past 5 years providing support in a Windows enterprise environment (including MS Suite/M365).
  • Must have 2 years’ experience within the past 5 years providing hardware and software support.

Duration: 12 Months

Location: Hybrid, Ottawa (3 days Onsite)

Security Clearance: Reliability Clearance
