Bellbrae Animal Hospitalis currently welcoming a full-time dependable and caring Client Care Coordinator to join our clinic. This is an exceptional opportunity for an organized, motivated, and caring individual to join us in a very important support role for the entire hospital:
Key Responsibilities
- Create a warm, low stress and welcoming environment for our patient and pet parents
- Assist veterinary technicians and other staff members with various tasks and treatments in the hospital
- General housekeeping duties; cleanliness of reception area, pet holding areas, and common areas
- Willingness to learn more regarding; pet nutrition, veterinary services, updated medical office procedures, and assisting the veterinary staff with various tasks and treatments

- Compassion and nurturing attitude
- Ability to remain calm in stressful situations and adapt to changing situations
- Take initiative and work independently
- Excellent customer service skills; a real aptitude for putting pets and pet parents at ease and creating a welcoming environment
- Ability to answer a multiline phone system and track and book appointments effectively
- Placing outbound calls to pet parents for follow-up and future appointment bookings
- Respond and manage email correspondence; clients, referring veterinarians & internal office messages
- Scheduling appointments
- Admitting and discharging pet patients
