The Opportunity RLive is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and ambitious Day-to-Day Artist Manager to support the careers of established and emerging artists.

This role is ideal for a music industry professional with 2-5 years of experience who is looking to grow within artist management, develop executive-level skills, and eventually build and manage their own roster of clients. You will work directly with artists and senior management across all aspects of career development, including touring, releases, marketing, brand partnerships, and business strategy.

Key Responsibilities Artist Management & Career Development Support the day-to-day management and long-term career growth of artists. Assist in developing and executing strategies around touring, music releases, partnerships, and business opportunities. Maintain artist schedules, priorities, and communications across multiple stakeholders.

Marketing & Social Media Coordinate and execute digital marketing campaigns surrounding releases, tours, and key artist moments. Assist with social media strategy, content planning, posting schedules, and performance tracking. Identify emerging digital trends and platform opportunities to help grow artist audiences. Work alongside publicists, labels, and creative teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution.

Touring & Live Events Coordinate tour logistics, advancing, budgets, travel, and on-site support as required. Act as a liaison between artists, agents, promoters, venues, and touring personnel. Ensure smooth execution of live performances and appearances.

Releases & Partnerships Support release planning and campaign management for singles, EPs, and albums. Assist in securing and activating brand partnerships, sponsorships, and marketing opportunities. Track campaign timelines and deliverables across artist teams.

Industry & Team Relations Build and maintain relationships with agents, promoters, labels, publishers, media, and brand partners. Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment across all areas of an artist's business.

Administration & Financial Management Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, invoicing, and financial reporting. Maintain organized records, contracts, calendars, and project management systems.

Qualifications 2-5 years of experience in artist management, label services, live events, marketing, or related music industry roles. Strong understanding of the music industry, particularly country, Americana, and pop music. Experience with digital marketing, social media strategy, and audience development. Exceptional organizational and project management skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Resourceful, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset. Experience with touring, release campaigns, and artist development is considered an asset. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in music business, marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
