Location: Toronto, Canada

Pay Range: CAD $90,000–$170,000 per year + Commission + Annual Bonus

Employment Type: Full-Time

What You'll Do

Customer Development and Performance Achievement: Responsible for developing key customers, logistics clients, and overseas warehouse projects. Execute sales plans, achieve performance targets, and expand market share. Customer Relationship Maintenance: Maintain good communication with customers through follow-ups and other methods, stay updated on their needs, retain existing customers, enhance customer satisfaction, and implement long-term strategic cooperation plans. Business Plan Development and Execution: Based on market information and business objectives, develop project solutions and oversee their implementation, including quotation, contract negotiation, and signing. Accounts Receivable Management: Responsible for collecting payments from customers on credit terms, coordinate with relevant departments to resolve customer exceptions, and ensure timely cash recovery. Market Information Collection and Feedback: Collect market information, customer needs, and competitor promotional policies, provide timely follow-up and feedback to support the company's marketing strategies. Project Risk Control: Monitor project progress throughout the entire lifecycle, control project risks, and resolve issues that arise during project operations. Supporting Internal Improvement: Provide feedback on market and customer needs to drive internal IT system or process improvements, and assist in the development of other departmental projects.

About You

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales eCommerce/3PL/Contract Logistics industries. Strong knowledge of logistics, transportation, and supply chain solutions is highly preferred. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
