Key Responsibilities

  1. Hands-On Reporting & Analytics

Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and validation Gather and translate business requirements into reporting solutions Perform data validation, troubleshooting, and issue resolution Deliver ad hoc analysis to support business decisions

  1. Data Enablement & Training

Train and support data stewards and business users Deliver workshops, training sessions, and walkthroughs Promote data best practices and improve data literacy across teams Enable self-service reporting capabilities within business domains

  1. Governance & Standards

Define and maintain KPI definitions, logic, and reporting standards Establish and document data governance practices (ownership, access, usage) Create documentation, processes, and frameworks for consistent reporting Ensure data quality and consistency across analytics outputs

  1. Change Management & Transformation

Support the rollout of IFS ERP and evolving data strategy Help transition to a domain-based data model Drive adoption of new tools, processes, and ways of working Identify opportunities to improve data maturity and scalability

Experience

5+ years of experience in data analytics, BI development, or reporting roles in enterprise environments. Strong experience delivering hands-on reporting solutions (Power BI, SQL). Experience working with ERP systems and enterprise data environments (IFS experience preferred). Proven ability to transition from individual contributor to enablement-focused role. Experience supporting data governance, training, or data literacy initiatives is highly desirable. Experience in organizational change, transformation, or operating model evolution is an asset.

Skills & Capabilities

Strong Power BI expertise (data modeling, DAX, Power Query, dataset management). Advanced SQL skills for data extraction, validation, and troubleshooting. Ability to bridge business and technical stakeholders effectively. Strong communication and training skills with the ability to simplify complex topics. High level of initiative, curiosity, and problem-solving mindset. Comfortable operating in ambiguous, evolving environments.
