We are seeking a visionary, execution-orientedVice President, Strategy & Executionto join our executive leadership team, reporting directly to the CEO. This role is accountable for shaping enterprise strategy and ensuring aligned, disciplined execution that delivers sustained results.
The Vice President, Strategy & Execution serves as the bridge between long-term ambition and day today delivery translating strategy into action across the organization. This position plays a critical role in setting organizational priorities, supporting executive decision-making, and ensuring enterprise resources are focused on the highest value outcomes.
This role is ideal for a senior leader who combines strategic depth, operational credibility, and the ability to drive complex initiatives to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end enterprise strategy lifecycle, from business case development through execution and value realization.
- Shape and articulate a clear enterprise strategy aligned to long-term objectives and risks.
- Own the annual and multi‑year strategic and business planning process, including market analysis, scenario planning, portfolio prioritization, and goal setting.
- Assess and optimize operational workflows across the organization leveraging automation and AI enabled tools to improve scale, effectiveness, and experience.
- Partner with senior leaders to identify growth opportunities, improve operational efficiency, and manage enterprise level risk.
- Establish disciplined strategy execution, governance, and performance reporting, enabling effective executive and Board decision making.
- Provide people leadership across Enterprise PMO, Strategy and Planning, and Business Agility to enable consistent execution and continuous improvement.
- Translate strategy into a compelling enterprise narrative that aligns executives, leaders, and teams around shared priorities and outcomes.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, strategy, or related field (MBA or equivalent preferred).

Minimum of 10 years’ progressive experience in strategy, transformation and enterprise planning.

Demonstrated people leader with a track record of building high performing teams, creating clarity, accountability, and engagement.

Proven success in leading complex, cross-functional projects from conception to execution.

Strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving‑ capabilities, with the ability to synthesize complexity into clear direction.

Exceptional executive communication skills and the ability to influence senior leaders and drive alignment.
