- Participation in IDTCs;

- Participating in resident care.
Public Relations
- Fundraising; and
- Liaising with stakeholders e.g., schools, service clubs.
Customer Service
- Facilitating resident, family and volunteer interaction.
Quality Improvement
- Obtains feedback from customer and implements improvement strategies; and
- Recommends improvement activities.
