Job Description:
Basic Functions:
- Estimate New Equipment Prep, shop and field repairs for Construction and Resource Industry customers
- Provide support to front line sales and operations personnel
- Multi-task to manage assigned requests in the queue
- Maintain details of all estimates in the central database
- Assist in fulfilling our customer service commitment
- Assist Operations with Pre and Post Job reviews regarding estimate content when requested
- Assist with Aftermarket Repair Option development initiatives when required
- Assist with analytics and review of estimate variances where required
Qualifications:
- Strong computer skills and proficient in the MS Office package, M3 and PSET, CAT SIS and CAT Inspect
- Red Sealed HET required with preference giving to Oil Sands experience
- Team player with excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Self-starter with ability to work under minimal supervision and contribute positively to a quality team environment
- Understanding of Finning Customer Service Commitment, Health and Safety Policies and Warranties
Important Details:
- A condition of employment may include the ability to obtain Customer Site access (Drug & Alcohol, fitness testing) and wear a respirator where applicable
- Union Membership: You are currently or will required to become a member of the Union associated with this position. This will be effective immediately and will result in union dues being deducted from your pay. The terms and conditions of your employment will be governed by the collective agreement.
