The Opportunity You'll partner with a small, agile team to streamline contract management services that support End User Services products and offerings globally.
What You'll Do
Data Management: Execute precise data entry and interpretation while maintaining contract dashboard accuracy throughout the contract lifecycle. Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with colleagues to identify issues, develop solutions, and refine procedures. Stakeholder Engagement: Interface with teams across the organization to gain visibility into different business lines and support collaborative contract execution. Contract Analysis: Extract contract information from multiple sources and ensure digital records are complete and accurately represented. Technical Support: Apply advanced Excel skills to data analysis and reporting.
What You Need to Succeed
Essential Qualifications: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities. Analytical mindset with self-motivation and comfort in fast-paced environments. Meticulous attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) with strong typing skills. Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
Nice-to-Have
Bachelor's degree or currently enrolled in a Canadian post-secondary institution (Business, Finance, Entrepreneurship, or related field). Financial literacy or contract law knowledge. SAP/ERP experience.
The expected base salary range for this position is $22 – $23 per hour, depending on experience, skills, and internal equity. The Company offers a total rewards package in accordance with all applicable federal, provincial, and local laws and requirements. Benefit eligibility and offerings vary based on role, employment status, and work location. For contractor positions, benefits are limited to those entitlements and protections required by applicable law, which may include (as applicable) vacation pay, public holidays, leaves of absence, and other legally mandated benefits or payments.
