About the Role We are looking for a hands-on Customer Onboarding Specialist to be the face of HubFit, running a high-velocity playbook of 1:1 calls, webinars, and live chat to get trial coaches active within days. You are a customer success champion who tracks usage signals to spot at-risk trials, owns the onboarding journey end-to-end, and brings a builder's mindset focused on activation rates and fast time-to-value.
What You'll Do Onboarding & Activation: Run 1:1 onboarding calls to get coaches live quickly, and lead group webinars with live Q&A as we scale. Day-to-Day Success: Own live chat, email, and Instagram DMs to answer product questions, troubleshoot workflows, and drive user value. Proactive Retention: Monitor customer health using usage data and proactively reach out to trial users who have gone quiet before their trial ends. Feedback Loop: Be the voice of our coaches internally: capture feedback and share insights that directly shape what our product team builds next.
What You'll Bring SaaS Onboarding Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience in Customer Success or Onboarding, ideally within high-velocity B2B SaaS or SMB tech. Exceptional Communication: Warm, clear, and confident across live video demos, email sequences, and live chat. Data & Analytical Fluency: Comfort reading product usage signals to spot at-risk trials and making proactive, data-driven interventions. Deep Coach Empathy: The ability to handle challenging situations with grace, genuinely understanding that our fitness coaches are building real businesses. High Ownership: Comfortable navigating ambiguity and moving fast without a playbook to help build and refine our customer processes.
Bonus Points Passionate about, or have a background in, fitness or wellness. Familiarity with customer success tools like ChurnZero, Gainsight, or Planhat. Experience with support platforms like Intercom, HubSpot, or Loom. Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude to work faster and smarter.
