My client is hiring a Project Manager to lead a high-rise residential development in London. This is a full-cycle role overseeing planning, execution, and delivery of a multi-story build. You'll work closely with site teams, consultants, and ownership to ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
Description
- Plan, execute, and oversee highrise construction projects from start to finish.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure project alignment.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure timely delivery.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and financial accountability.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation for reporting and future reference.
