Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily office operations, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting administrative functions. This role requires strong computer skills, proficiency in office software, and the ability to handle multiple tasks.

Duties

• Manage front desk responsibilities, including greeting visitors and answering multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
• Handle filing systems and organize documents to ensure easy retrieval and compliance with company policies
• Provide customer support via phone, email, and in person, ensuring excellent service standards
• Scheduling
• Shipping
• Purchasing
• Generating quotes with training

Skills

• Proven experience with Office experience including Microsoft Office applications and Google Workspace
• Strong computer skills with proficiency in data entry, typing, proofreading, and using multi-line phone systems
• Experience with QuickBooks or bookkeeping is preferred
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong customer service skills with professional phone etiquette
• Clerical experience including filing, front desk duties, and administrative support
• Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly and maintain confidentiality
• Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment
