About the role
The Provincial System Support Program (PSSP) is an active system partner that works closely with the Mental Health and Addictions Centre of Excellence (COE) at Ontario Health (OH) to implement provincial priorities and support the development of a comprehensive, connected mental health and addictions system in Ontario. PSSP engages health care providers across the province and offers practice change support to help them understand and deliver provincial policies and programs.
The Senior Manager, Provincial Programs, will work in a dynamic and face-paced environment and will lead strategy development, provincial planning and execution for a suite of complex provincial priorities in alignment with the COE.
This role will be accountable for fostering, maintaining, and enhancing strong working relationships and strategic business partnerships with senior and executive levels of management at CAMH, OH (COE, OH Regions, etc.), service providers and other interest holders.
Additionally, the role will provide full suite of people management support for a team of resources, including recruitment, setting performance expectations, allocating work, overseeing and ensuring the quality of outputs, career development/counseling, and performance management.
