You will also help bring our initiatives to life in our stores by engaging and inspiring our people and supporting the ongoing optimization of our programs and processes.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead training sessions both in-person and virtually for small and large groups, including Beauty Advisors, Retail, and Field Support Center Leaders and Executives.
  • Foster positive relationships with brands, collaborating to develop training and education content, continuously improving content, and communicating needs and challenges when necessary.

  • Develop and curate personalized content to bolster product and category knowledge for enhanced client experience.
  • Act as an on-camera spokesperson in Sephora-created videos and lead teams or contractors for content creation, as needed.

Strategic Collaboration:

  • Partner with brands to deliver strategies for education, visit cycles, digital libraries, training products, etc.
  • Monitor and adjust content effectiveness within training programs in collaboration with corporate and field-based partners.
  • Lead collaborative store visits with department colleagues, leadership, and field teams to actively gather frontline employee insights, driving continuous improvement and increased relevance of education programs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive category growth strategies and organizational initiatives.
  • Propose and design innovative learning solutions to address organizational needs related to the category.

Operational Excellence:

  • Support brand operation programs for seamless and efficient processes that serve stores and brands.
  • Develop operations content when required and stay informed on industry trends and training practices in retail, beauty, and social spaces.
  • Communicate learning goals for Sephora-created content, identifying program gaps for comprehensive training.
  • Update Brand Partner Resources, maintain a central filing system for brand information, and provide regular feedback to brand partners.

Project Management:

  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects with overlapping timelines, ensuring accuracy and quality of deliverables.
  • Attend and observe various trainings to assess impact and lead the induction and onboarding for new brands.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 5-7 years of experience in retail education and/or brand management. Luxury fragrance experience preferred.
  • Proven success in crafting and implementing impactful educational programs.
  • Ability to translate training needs into effective educational programs (Instructor-led and Virtual).
  • Proficiency in linking product and category expertise within a retail setting.
