Collision Centre: ACX Corporate Support Edmonton Location: Edmonton, Alberta Classification: Full-time, Immediate hire

Part of a bigger team!

ACX Corporate Support Edmonton is proud to be part of the AutoCanada Collision Centres’ network and a division of AutoCanada. AutoCanada is the largest Canadian owned and publicly traded automotive dealer group operating in Canada and the US. We are innovative, data-driven and our commitment to our Team Members, customers and operational excellence fuels our success.

Our Team Members are at the heart of our success, building long-lasting, trust-based relationships with customers across Canada. Our national network provides opportunities and support to build the career that’s right for you. Working here is fast-paced, non-stop, and a little unpredictable—and we love it.

Your area of focus.

You'll join the ACX (Collision Centre & Hail) Analytics & Innovation team at AutoCanada in an entry-level role focused on keeping our reporting suite running and helping migrate it from Tableau to Power BI. You'll grow into designing new dashboards, running data validation, and supporting stakeholders across our national collision repair network. Reporting into the Analytics & Innovation Lead, you'll get hands-on mentorship, direct exposure to shop managers, regional directors and senior leadership, and visibility into our AI and innovation work as your skills develop.

What drives your day-to-day?

  • Maintain and monitor the existing Tableau dashboard suite, ensuring reports run accurately and on schedule during the migration period.

  • Perform routine data validation across dashboards and reports, investigating discrepancies and partnering with Data Engineering when source data needs to be corrected.

  • Produce recurring monthly reports and one-off ad hoc reports for shop managers, regional directors and corporate stakeholders.

  • Manage the ACX user list across Tableau and Power BI, provisioning access and keeping permissions aligned with role.

  • Help rebuild ACX dashboards in Power BI — recreating calculations in DAX and validating that new versions match the originals.

  • As your Power BI skills develop, grow into designing new dashboards from scratch, contributing to dashboard digests, and helping train managers on how to use them.

  • Document your work so the rest of the team can pick it up.

What are the must-haves…

  • Post-secondary education in Operations Management, Management Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer Science, ora related field — recent graduate's welcome.

  • Some hands-on experience with SQL or another programming language (coursework, co-op, internship or personal projects all count).

  • Working proficiency in Excel — formulas, pivot tables, and comfort cleaning up messy data.

  • An eye for visual design and a genuine interest in making data clear and engaging.

  • Self-starter mindset with the willingness to try something before asking for help, balanced with the self-awareness to ask good questions when you are genuinely stuck.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills — comfortable talking with shop managers and regional leaders, not just other analysts.

  • Any prior exposure to Power BI (including DAX), Tableau, or another BI/dashboarding tool is a major plus. Power BI coursework, certifications (PL-300), or personal projects stand out given our current migration.

The Perks.

  • Competitive Compensation and Benefits Package
  • Employee Vehicle Purchase & Service Plans
  • Employee and Family Assistance Programs
  • Company-wide appreciation events and contests throughout the calendar year
  • Professional development and the opportunity to grow your career

And those are just the basics. We strive every day to create a workplace culture that embraces diversity and inclusivity, ensures fairness and equal opportunities, and fosters a sense of belonging for all Team Members. As an equal opportunity employer, we actively support everyone in expressing themselves and reaching their full potential.
