This position is with our Adhesive Technologies business unit – where we empower our people to transform industries and provide our customers with a competitive advantage through adhesives, sealants and functional coatings.

####What you´ll do

  • Responsible for promoting and training on global master data Standard Template.
  • Work with plants across Americas to improve adherence to global master data standards.
  • Closely communicate and cooperate with local data stewards to identify regional needs.
  • Develop and perform regional strategies and yearly Roadmap for Manufacturing Data.
  • Work with Global Data Process Owner to develop relevant changes or improvements on the Global Standard Template.
  • Lead the respective Regional Community of practice for Manufacturing Data.
  • Ensures master data accuracy and maintains high quality standards.
  • Align and standardize data quality rules with Data stewards and feedback to Global Process Owner.
  • Represent the region in the Global Community of practice for Manufacturing Data.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of robust Manufacturing data governance policies.
  • Enhance Manufacturing data governance awareness and contribute to upskilling the organization for broader data improvement.

####What makes you a good fit

  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in designing, leading, implementing data governance principles in complex global or regional multi-stakeholders.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience working with SAP. MES experience will be highly appreciated.
  • Confirmed expertise on Master Recipes, Resource and Production version data.
  • Capability for delivering effective training.
  • Strong Project management skills.
  • Demonstrable experience in defining and establishing data quality rules with principles, standards and dashboard metrics and translating those into concrete improvement actions.
  • Effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive initiatives forward.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire and empower individuals or teams to achieve common goals.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and demonstrate resilience in handling high-pressure situations and adapting to rapidly changing environments.
  • Fluent English language skills, Spanish and Portuguese are plus.

The salary for this role is**$108,708.00 - $120,400.00**. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
