$150k ($120k Base) Financial Planner (IIROC Licensed) - Remote (Must Be in QC province)
About the Role We are seeking an $150k ($120k base) Remote IIROC-licensed Financial Planner to join our growing team in a client-focused, planning-oriented role. You'll work closely with pre-existing clients to develop comprehensive financial plans, provide ongoing guidance, and help implement wealth management strategies.
The role offers 5+ weeks of vacation, summer Fridays, 5% RRSP matching, and insurance.
Requirements Active IIROC license (or currently in the licensing process). Bilingual EN-FR Must still reside in the province of Quebec Ability to manage multiple client relationships in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of investment products and wealth planning strategies.
Key Responsibilities Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients and their families. Develop, present, and update comprehensive financial plans, including retirement, investment, tax, estate, and risk planning. Implement investment recommendations, execute trades, and support portfolio rebalancing in accordance with IIROC requirements. Prepare for client meetings, document recommendations, and ensure timely follow-up on action items. Assist with account administration, maintain accurate client records, and ensure compliance with regulatory and firm standards. Collaborate with advisors and team members to deliver a seamless client experience.
