##Position Details
Who We Are:
- Accountable for the governance, and delivery of compensation, benefits, disability, pension, and systems that support these programs
- This role ensures Total Rewards programs are competitive, financially sustainable, compliant, and data‑driven, while delivering a consistent and high‑quality associate experience across the organization
- Lead the development and execution of the organization’s Total Rewards philosophy, strategy and governance framework
- Ensure alignment between rewards programs, business priorities, talent strategy and organizational values
- Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on compensation competitiveness and plan design
- Lead and prepare Board materials for senior leadership and the Board as required
- Identify and mitigate financial, operational, and reputational risks related to Total Rewards
- Collaborate with the broader HR and Total Rewards team to ensure alignment of program development, analysis and review
- Oversee enterprise compensation programs including base pay, commission plan, STIP, LTIP and executive compensation
- Establish and maintain governance frameworks for executive pay, including decision authorities, risk controls, and approval processes
- Lead annual compensation cycles including budgeting, market analysis, approval, implementation and communication
- Ensure robust market competitiveness through robust benchmarking, survey participation and ongoing market trend analysis
- Oversight for job architecture, leveling framework, job evaluation, pay structure design
- Oversight of health, retirement and other benefit programs. Guide annual renewals, vendor relationships and cost management strategies. Ensure benefit programs support employee wellbeing, engagement and organizational sustainability
- Oversee disability management and return‑to‑work outcomes to improve experience, reduce absence duration, and manage cost trends. Manage internal and external relationships to ensure a timely return to work. Maintain governance over disability related policies, procedures and documentation. Mitigate legal, financial and reputational risk associated with disability and accommodation practices
- Evaluate program effectiveness using data and external benchmarks
- Partner with Wellness team to ensure alignment with development of programs and services
- Lead the development, implementation, and annual review of the organization’s occupational health and safety policy and program, ensuring alignment with legislative requirements and organizational values
- Establish and maintain a comprehensive health and safety management framework that integrates prevention, education, and continuous improvement
- Lead, coach and develop a multi-disciplinary Total Rewards leadership team, fostering accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement
- Establish clear operating standards and performance measures across the Total Rewards function
Who You Are:
- 8-10 years relevant experience
- University degree in Human Resources, Finance, or related field
- Professional designation: CHRL, CCP, CEBS
- Strong written / oral communication skills
- Strong execution and delivery focus
- Financial and analytical acumen
- People leadership and change management capability
- Experience leading Total Rewards in a complex, multi‑entity organization
- Compensation design including executive compensation and sales incentive program design
