Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Field Service Leader – Wine Cellar Refrigeration to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the wine cellar refrigeration service department, including scheduling, dispatch, customer service and technician supervision. This role ensures that all service calls are handled efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards while fostering strong customer relationships and maintaining profitability. This role is on-site and will also involve regular in-office work.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of refrigeration service technicians.
- Oversee scheduling, dispatch, and daily service operations functions.
- Act as the main point of contact for escalated customer issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and industry regulations.
- Monitor work quality and service completion to maintain high standards.
- Support field technician with in-field support to ensure all jobs are properly prepared for so they run smoothly.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Manage budgets, costs, and department KPIs.
- Provide training, coaching, and performance reviews for technicians.
- Promote preventative maintenance programs and service contracts.
- Drive process improvements to increase efficiency and profitability.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of refrigeration/HVAC service experience, including supervisory or management responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of refrigeration systems, safety regulations, and service operations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Proficient with scheduling, service software, and MS Office.
- Valid driver’s license and relevant safety certifications.
