Job Description The Regional Field Manager will report directly to the VP of National Operations and will oversee the production and workflow of 10-14 field representatives. You will complete a daily review of inspectors’ submissions and monitor performance. Your priority in this role is to mentor, coach and lead inspection staff.

Responsibilities This role includes and is not limited to:

• Quality assurance responsibilities (reviewing submitted loss control reports by team members) (60%)
• Working with the field team to ensure they are meeting production targets (10%)
• Recruitment/Hiring of new team members (as needed)
• Quarterly reviews and other HR processes are related to team members (5%)
• Assist with work assignments (5%)
• Back-up training role as required (5%)
• Conducts report audits on senior team members (5%)
• Completes field assessments and reports with monthly targets (10%)

Qualifications

• Ability to fluently read, write, and communicate in French and English.
• University degree, related to role, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of residential loss control experience in the insurance industry, including quality assurance, training and mentoring others, and supervisory responsibilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to act as a technical resource for internal and external customers
• Works collaboratively with others to achieve goals.
• Extensive technical knowledge of residential building construction, mechanicals, and liabilities.
