About the role
Our Client is seeking a skilled Industrial Millwright 433A to join our maintenance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing machinery and equipment to ensure efficient production operations.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Industrial Millwright (433A) with a valid certificate.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and commitment to maintaining a safe workplace.
- Excellent attention to detail with a strong focus on safety.
- The ability to work efficiently under pressure and adapt to fast-paced work environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, align, and maintain industrial machinery and equipment.
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance tasks to minimize downtime.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform necessary repairs.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential equipment failures.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure efficient operations and minimize interruptions.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety regulations.
Working Conditions:
- Full-time position with a competitive wage.
- Shift work may be required, including evenings and weekends during busy seasons.
- Physical demands include lifting up to 50 lbs. and standing for extended periods.
Compensation:
- Hourly wage: $35.00+, depending on experience and ability.
