About the role
As Channel Development Program (CDP) Marketing Specialist, you will own the end-to-end campaign lifecycle across email, SMS, and on-site brand pages, collaborating with channel leads, buyers, and vendor partners. Within your first six months, you will have established repeatable SOPs, launched AI-enabled branded campaigns, and delivered measurable improvements in conversion rate and revenue across priority brands.
We're a team of outdoor enthusiasts who believe work should feel as energizing as the adventures we live for. Our culture is built around the people who show up fully — for their teammates, their craft, and the lifestyle that drives everything we do. We celebrate milestones, share stories, and offer perks that reflect how we actually spend our time outside of work. Whether you're at HQ, in a retail store, or working remotely, you'll find a team that runs on curiosity, grit, and a genuine love for the outdoors.
This position will report into the Director of Retention.
What You'll Do
Build and manage multi-channel marketing calendars and campaigns supporting the top 50 brands, with deep support for the top 10, in coordination with channel leads, buyers, and vendor partners. Develop and maintain SOPs for delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns around the top 100 product launches. Create AI-enabled targeted branded email campaigns to maximize conversion rate and revenue across the full catalog. Create AI-enabled targeted branded automated SMS campaigns to maximize conversion rate and revenue across the full catalog. Build AI-enabled brand pages optimized for conversion and revenue across the entire catalog. Build and maintain a vendor image repository for campaign use and make it available to other teams across the business. Develop AI-enabled automated Brand Scorecards that summarize placements, reach, and impact for every brand. Continuously test and optimize SOPs, campaigns, and workflows to improve success metrics and operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
2–5 years of experience in digital, brand, or ecommerce marketing, ideally in multi-brand retail. Proven success managing cross-channel campaigns (email, SMS, paid, on-site, social) alongside vendor and merchandising teams. Hands-on experience using AI or automation tools to enhance marketing performance and efficiency. Skilled in developing SOPs and coordinating with internal partners on seasonal marketing and brand goals. Proficient in marketing automation and analytics tools. Working knowledge of AI content-generation and asset management systems. Strong grasp of A/B testing, personalization, and campaign measurement methodologies. Comfortable managing data, tagging, and creative templates for automated deployment. Experienced in building dashboards, scorecards, and brand performance reports. Ability to plan and prioritize multi-channel calendars around top brands and product launches. Organized, detail-oriented, and a strong communicator across teams and vendor partners.
