We’re Looking For a RevOps Consultant Are you a top-tier HubSpot architect who loves the thrill of the hunt as much as the strategy of the build? We are seeking a metric-driven, growth-obsessed RevOps Consultant with a proven track record of capturing $1M+ in closed-won agency/consulting sales within a single calendar year.

While we enjoy a healthy stream of inbound leads through our elite partnerships, this role requires a natural lead generator. You won't just sit back and wait for a full calendar; success in this position relies on a true balanced approach. You must be a self-starter who actively builds their own pipeline by hunting on LinkedIn Sales Navigator, executing cold outreach, and picking up the phone to book new business.

Key Responsibilities (What Success Looks Like)

Drive Consultative Revenue: Exceed individual sales quotas by hunting, diagnosing, and closing complex RevOps and CRM optimization deals, contributing directly to our target of $2M+ in annual closed-won agency revenue (Partner Growth is our Obsession). Proactive Pipeline Generation: Actively generate your own opportunities to maintain a balanced pipeline. You will aggressively hunt new logos using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, execute multi-channel cold outreach campaigns, and cold call high-value prospects. Diagnostic & Solution Scoping: Audit prospective clients' tech stacks, data hygiene, and sales/marketing alignment to architect tailored, top-5% HubSpot solutions that project a clear ROI (Data Informed, Outcome Driven). Pipeline & Velocity Optimization: Manage and optimize your own sales pipeline within HubSpot, utilizing precise data forecasting and conversion tracking to shorten the sales cycle (Professional Excellence, Every Day). Strategic Trust Building: Act as an elite advisor to C-suite, VP of Sales, and RevOps leaders, establishing deep technical credibility and practicing empathy across every relationship to secure multi-quarter consulting engagements (TEAM). Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner seamlessly with internal Solutions Architects and delivery teams to ensure 100% accurate scoping, realistic timelines, and seamless client handoffs (Never Walk Alone).

Requirements (Proven Metrics Required)

Consulting Revenue Track Record: 3+ years of agency or consulting sales experience with a documented history of hitting or exceeding $1M+ in closed-won revenue within a 12-month calendar cycle. Outbound Hunting Acumen: Proven ability to build an active sales pipeline from scratch. Expert-level mastery of LinkedIn Sales Navigator for social selling and lead lists, combined with a zero-hesitation attitude toward cold calling and outbound prospecting. B2B Solution Selling: 5+ years of total experience in B2B consultative sales, complex deal negotiation, and closing five- to six-figure CRM/RevOps engagements. HubSpot Mastery: 2+ years of advanced, hands-on architectural experience with HubSpot Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, CRM architecture, and advanced automation. Must demonstrate top-5% technical proficiency and a personal commitment to continuous skill mastery. Data-Driven Mindset: Deeply analytical; expert at using HubSpot analytics, custom reporting dashboards, and operational metrics to identify business gaps and present data-backed solutions. Technical Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex data structures, API integrations, and workflow logic into clear, high-level business value for stakeholders.

Expansion & Upselling: Proven track record of identifying post-sale infrastructure gaps, resulting in a 15%+ increase in account expansion value. Migration Experience: Direct experience scoping or executing complex CRM migrations (e.g., Salesforce/Dynamics to HubSpot).
