TMA Systemsis looking for a Senior BI Engineer to build secure, scalable analytics and data visualization solutions. You’ll work closely with product and professional services teams to create dashboards, reports, and data models that drive insights for our customers.
###What You’ll Do
Build dashboards and reports using tools like Looker, Power BI, and Symphony
Translate requirements into clear BI specifications
Design and optimize data models, tables, views, and pipelines
Improve performance across datasets, reports, and workflows
Troubleshoot BI issues and support power users
Contribute to data warehouse architecture and documentation
Migrate existing reports into modern BI platforms
###What You Bring
5+ years of BI/reporting experience
Strong experience with Looker, Symphony, Power BI, or similar BI tools
Expertise in MSSQL, PostgreSQL, BigQuery, and cloud data platforms (GCP, Azure)
Familiarity with data modeling, visualization best practices, and NoSQL technologies
Strong communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
Naturally curious, exploring beyond initial requirements to uncover insights
Experience with cloud database maintenance
GitHub Actions/CI/CD, Argo Workflows, Azure DevOps, or Kubernetes
Background with Building Automation or Work Order Systems (bonus)
