Client Service Rep CIA
About the role
We are currently recruiting for aClient Service Representativeto join our team inCanada.ThisPart-Timeposition is fully working remote.
This role requires frequent interactions in English and requires reading and preparing documents in English on a frequent basis.
The hourly wage range is $18 to $20.
AClient Service Representativeis responsible for the intake of new claims, primarily auto and property claims. This includes documenting new claim details on behalf of insurance companies, providing the insured with immediate assistance required at the time of the call, and assigning new claims to the appropriate insurance company.
This is a 24/7 operation with peak volume occurring in theeveningsand on theweekends. All successful candidates will primarily be scheduled towork all weekends.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required

Basic computer troubleshooting skills and knowledge of MS Office (Word, Outlook, etc), with a willingness to learn new programs/systems

Team player attitude with strong interpersonal skills

Problem solving and troubleshooting abilities for handling phone inquiries

Excellent data entry and typing speed with attention to detail and commitment to quality

Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high volume work environment

1-2 years of customer service experience is required

Past experience in a call centre is an asset

Past experience in related field such as insurance, construction, restoration, automotive is considered an asset
