Account Executive
Position- Account Executive
Reporting to the Executive Vice President (EVP), the Account Executive creates long-term, trusting relationships with our customers with the goal of developing new business from existing clients and actively seeking new sales opportunities. This position will liaise with cross-functional internal teams to improve the entire customer experience. The key area of focus for this role will be to grow Aurum's business within the commercial and/or construction industry.
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Work Location: In-Person, North York
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 am-5 pm
Salary- $65000+/annually + Commission
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Proactively engage with customers, ensuring an ongoing positive customer experience
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling and site visits.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits. Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule
- Coordinate sales plans with operations and scheduling departments to ensure customer success.
- Ensure all data, information, and details are entered into CRM(Salesforce) and updated as required.
- Maintain acute awareness of market and industry trends and make suggestions for improvement.
- All other duties as assigned.
Required Experience
- A minimum of 3 years of experience making a positive difference in an organisation
- 3+ Years of account management experience in he service or operations industry
- Strong sales, negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their business needs
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills
- Ability to efficiently use Microsoft Office and Salesforce
