YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE:

Reporting to the Agnico Eagle Project Director(s) and indirectly to the VP, People and the VP Information Technology. You will be responsible for overseeing the planning and implementation of the entire Human Capital Management platform for the entire organization.

  • Lead a team that will work in a matrix environment to develop and implement the project deliverables with a target on quality, productivity and consistency;

  • Provide leadership and managing stakeholders at all levels focused on the Key Criteria of Success.

  • Build and manage a project plan – ensure milestones and budget are maintained;

  • Managing all the technical and changes resources for the project and communicating to them a clear vision of the project objectives;

  • Establishing the project scope and ensuring communication and understanding by all stakeholders;

  • Manage project risks and issues with the project team and the stakeholders to ensure deliverables are created on time and within the budget;

  • Managing the day-to-day delivery of the project and organize required meetings to track progress, risks, issues and changes;

  • Ensuring appropriate governance is in place to meet project objectives;

  • Managing the budget and financial tracking of the project.

  • Own end-to-end delivery of multi-workstream HR transformation program. Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of modules within established timelines and budgets.

  • Act as senior point of contact, with the relevant project direction roles, for executive stakeholders, ensuring program alignment to business and compliance objectives.

  • Drive delivery predictability through structured risk management, reporting, and steering forums.

  • Facilitate meetings and communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment and project visibility.

  • Monitor project milestones, progress, and KPIs (to be defined during the planning phase), addressing any challenges proactively

  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Client Success teams to deliver integrated, value-driven outcomes.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Accounting or other related field or equivalent work experience.

  • 5+ years of project management experience with large-scale enterprise systems.

  • 5+ years leading global HCM/HRIS implementations;

  • Deep understanding of SAP SuccessFactors modules and associated business processes (e.g., Employee Central, Talent, Recruitment, Learning, Performance).

  • Advanced project management skills (developing project objectives and charter, determining resource allocation, tracking progress, etc.);

  • Experience in structured system development and project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid);

  • Strong ability to simultaneously manage multiple deliverables and projects;

  • Extensive use of MS Excel (advanced Excel analytic capability and a quantitative focus), MS Project Server and SharePoint;

  • Strong knowledge of HR functions and processes from hire to retire;

  • Ability to operate in a complex, fast-paced project environment with interdependencies spanning multiple work streams, teams, business divisions, geographies and time zones;

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Power Point);

  • Strong ability to provide updates to Director and VP levels, and also an ease in building relationships with internal teams and external partners;

  • Fluency in English, additional languages are considered an asset;

  • Project delivery experience in the mining industry is considered an asset;

  • PMP, PMI-ACP, MBA or equivalent certification is considered an asset.

Your Work Schedule:

  • Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday at our Corporate Office in Toronto, ON.
  • Travel may be required to international sites.
