The Opportunity
- This is a new role to lead corporate administration for our expanded senior leadership team. We are committed to doing great things, even when they’re challenging, while having tons of fun along the way.
Accountabilities and Key Responsibilities
- Executive Support: calendar, scheduling, travel, and meeting coordination.
- Communication: manage incoming corporate communication and help conserve executive time.
- Corporate Administration: maintain corporate records, policies, and ensure governance compliance. Provide office management oversight on behalf of the President.
- Project and Event Coordination: assist with strategic initiatives led by the senior leadership team.
- Confidentiality and Discretion: handle information with the highest level of professionalism.
- Technology and Systems: maintain and improve our digital filing and document management

- You are super organized and proactive, all without breaking a sweat.
- You understand “the bigger picture”, love figuring out what’s needed before anyone asks, and can spot problems before they become an issue. You have high emotional IQ.
- You get excited to help executives and can balance the greater good, while taking care of yourself.
- You live our core values (caring, collaborative, positive) and corporate principles (health and safety, excellence, and balance).

10 years of experience in similar roles, office technology proficiency, and quick to learn new tools.
