The role:
Reporting to our area sales manager, as a Brand Executive, you will service existing Oribe accounts from a sales perspective.
You are responsible for all Oribe business and working to increase sales of all Kao brands in Market Leader salons within the specified region. You will develop the maximum sales potential of existing market leaders through product education, sell-in and sell-through strategies, business consultation, merchandising, promotions and strong relationships. You will work with the Education and Sales team members to maximize sales and education potential in market leaders.
This is a temporary position for a parental leave and is expected to last 12-14 months.
The territory is Ontario East.
We offer a base salary of $75,000 - $85,000 plus bonus and car allowance.
What you will do:
- Open at least 2 new Oribe doors per quarter
- Prospect Market Leaders
- Convert Oribe doors to carrying Goldwell/KMS
- Educate and present to salons on product knowledge classes and launch classes when they open
- May require travel by car and plane to visit accounts
- Administrative and sales reporting accountability
- Help enroll salons in classes: both in-salon and at the academy with OHC educators
- Proficient Excel and PowerPoint
What you will need:
- 5+ years of salon sales experience
- Demonstrated experience in writing and effectively communicating Business Plans to high profile customers
- Bachelor's degree
